The Sweet Life

Ella has it pretty good from all accounts. She has lots of love, a few good baby friends, and plays all day. She even has her first car (the ride at the mall was just the beginning.) ... Ella's car has cruise control, tons of trunk room, it's own key, and a sweet Mom/Dad engine.



She got to play again with her friend Lilli on the common, which was lots of fun. They took turns taking (I mean, sharing) each others toys, and grabbing each others faces and arms. Ella has many more play groups in her future I'm sure...


If that weren't enough she is really starting to sit up...


She even took a dip in her new and improved baby pool (the first one sprung a leak after Dad spent 1/2 hour and a few brain cells blowing the darned thinig up). Ella has two swimmy suits now - as she prepares for her first swim class with Mom this weekend. Since it was a little breezy outside, leave it to Mom to have Ella wearing the only two piece bathing suit with long sleeves, although it is quite cute! Ella kicked her feet and splashed around in the pool and Dad played motor boat with her too. We made it in just in time to escape a thunder storm!





But by far this is Mom's favorite picture of the week...
