You would think that a toddler's day would be pretty plain. There would be eating, napping, and playing - but little Ella has a very busy social calendar. She has certain things she does each week and then sometimes some playgroups thrown in for good measure. Every Wednesday she has story hour. Each Tuesday (with Mom) and Friday (with Dad) Ella goes to the local coffeehouse for music time. At first she would just sit and snack, now she is up and dancing.
It was really amazing this past Tuesday because after John was all done dancing and singing - Ella walked right up to him to give him a high five.
Then sometimes it is out to eat, off to the playground or off for a little shopping. This day we went to visit Dad at Barnes & Noble. She loves looking at books, playing on the stage and with the toy trains. Recently she has taken to sitting in the Adirondak chair because she can get into it and out of it by herself. Whatever she does - it is always fun to watch, and both of us wind up a bit tired by the end of the day.
